IRG Lorain Unit #1 is a 168,000 Sq. ft. Logistics Building for Comprehensive Logistics to serve the Automotive Industry.                                                               

Firelands Electric served as a Design- Assist partner with Geis Construction. The original Building was part of the old Lorain Ford and had only 1 sidewall with 3 sides open to the weather. Due to the short (4) Month job duration we had to design, demo and procure equipment and material. With the roof needing replaced we used the time to Pre-Fabricate most items to make for a faster install when it was our turn in the dry areas. The job consisted of Power Distribution, Warehouse Lighting, New Office Area, New Lunch and Breakroom and Fire Alarm. Firelands Electric played a key role in the scheduling of areas with other Trades to complete the project on schedule.
