Our team implements LEAN concepts in conjunction with the BIM model for the complete integration of prefabrication assemblies. During the pre-construction phase, we will work with the Construction Manager, Owner, other contractors, and Design Team to ensure that prefabrication is integrated into the design documents to maximize the construction team’s ability to prefabricate as many aspects of the project as possible.
Each project begins with a prefabrication plan created by the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Prefabrication Department and is coordinated with the project team.
Our quality system process flow includes key quality control checks to ensure the quality and consistence of the assemblies produced by our prefab shop meet project requirements.
Every project is unique and requires close interaction between our BIM department, prefabrication group, and the construction team to ensure every step is productive. We use a combination of standard prefabbed assemblies form our in house catalog to custom items for project specific applications.
Efficiencies are gained through several areas such as: workforce leveling, optimized working conditions, safety, readiness of materials, less on-site construction waste, and repetition.
