Greenfield, state-of-the-art 870MW combined cycle gas turbine power plant.  Lake Erie Electric and its joint venture partner were hired to take-over and complete the installation and commissioning of all power and controls infrastructure, helping the owner and its EPC contractor achieve an on-schedule startup.
